German Conversation

The German conversation group meets every 2 weeks on a Wednesday at 2.30pm. Members need to have a reasonable knowledge of German. We generally discuss and read about topical issues and also read and listen to a book. Whilst the emphasis is on people having as much opportunity as possible to speak the language, we also cover grammar issues that crop up and need refreshing and practising. Language games and puzzles are also used to re-enforce the vocabulary.

 

We are a friendly group and of course, also enjoy ‘kaffee und kuchen’.  We would welcome some new members.
