What is the u3a?
u3a stands for University of the Third Age. It is a unique and exciting organisation which provides life-enhancing and life-changing opportunities. Retired and semi-retired people come together and learn together, not for qualifications but for its own reward: the sheer joy of discovery!
Inclusion of the word 'University' in the title may put you off. Fear not, no academic qualifications are required! An appetite to learn, share and socialise is all you need.

What does Maidenhead u3a offer?
Maidenhead u3a was formed in 1998 to bring the benefits of u3a to our area. We now have over 600 members and are growing in number by 5-10 per month. There are more than 60 Interest Groups.
