Have you ever thought that it might be nice to have a group where you could just come along and meet new people, without having to prepare anything, just to chat over coffee? This might particularly appeal to our new members who would like to find out more about the u3a.
We are considering setting up a new “Coffee Mornings” group which would meet, initially once a month, probably on a Thursday morning at a member’s home, starting in January, with the first meeting likely to be on 26th January in the morning. This group would be open to all of our newer members, to come and go as you please, but for catering purposes we would ask you to let us know a few days in advance if you plan to come along. We would hate to run out of coffee or biscuits!
