New Craft Group

TVN Study Day – Ukulele 22nd October

This activities day is celebrating the many U3A groups in our area who enjoy playing the ukulele and giving them an opportunity to enjoy sharing the creation of music with their colleagues.

Congratulations to Hilary Brodie on her 90th Birthday. Hilary was Chairman from 2015 to 2016. Birthday celebrations were held at The Odney Club in Cookham.

This year’s Christmas Party will be held on Tuesday, 11th December. Featuring Swing 42 Jazz and the Cantorum Choir Barber Shop Quartet.

TVN – Website Building Day (17th October)

The Purpose of the day is to help non-technical people gain an understanding of how to build their own website (not necessarily for U3A purposes) using the Content Management System (CMS) known as Wordpress. The day will follow a logical process of showing how Wordpress is designed to help those without knowledge of code to build a website that is dynamic and looks amazing.
